참된 예배자
As Jesus taught the Samaritan woman about the living water, He explained how to truly worship God in this new era, which was a great gift from God
예수님은 사마리아 여인에게 하나님의 선물인 생수 이야기를 하시다가 새로운 시대에 하나님을 예배하는 방법과 양식을 설명해 주셨습니다.

Thinking & Understanding
The Samaritan woman had been married to five different husbands, but was not satisfied and lived with yet another husband. The only concerns of this immoral woman were material desires. When Jesus revealed this fact and pointed it out to the woman, she was astonished and confessed that Jesus was a prophet (vv. 15-19).
After she confessed Jesus as a prophet, she asked Jesus about worship. Through this question, she tried to avoid her sin. Jesus told her true worship is offered with the Holy Spirit in truth and proclaimed the fact that He was the Messiah who could make true worship possible. Responding again, this woman shared that she knew that the Christ was coming to teach and lead people into right worship and truth. Jesus responded, “I am He.” It was the message of the gospel that opened her spiritual eyes (vv. 20-26).
다섯 번이나 남편을 얻었으면서도 만족하지 못하고 또 다른 남편과 함께 살고 있던 부도덕한 사마리아 여인의 관심은 오직 물질적인 것이었습니다. 이 사실을 꿰뚫어 보신 예수님이 사마리아 여인에게 그것을 지적하자 여인은 놀라며 예수님을 예언자라고 고백합니다(15-19절).
예수님을 예언자로 고백한 후, 여인은 예배에 대해 예수님께 묻습니다. 여인은 이 질문을 통해 자신의 죄를 회피하고자 했지만, 예수님은 성령님과 함께, 진리 가운데 드리는 참 예배를 말씀하시며 자신이 바로 그 예배를 가능케 할 메시아라는 사실을 알리셨습니다. “내가 그로라”는 바로 여인의 영적인 눈을 활짝 열어주시는 복음의 말씀이었습니다(20-26절).

What lesson is God teaching me?
Jesus knows everything about us. We might hide something from other people, but we cannot hide anything from Jesus. Do I have any sin that is secret? Confess it and repent before Jesus.
예수님은 우리의 모든 것을 아시는 분입니다. 사람들 앞에서는 숨길 수 있어도 예수님 앞에서는 어떤 것도 숨길 수 없습니다. 나는 숨기고 있는 죄가 있나요? 예수님 앞에 솔직하게 고백하고 회개합시다.

O Lord! You can see my sins that I could not see myself. I ask for Your grace so that I might truly repent.
