내게 주는 교훈

Before Sleeping in Death, Before Foes Rejoice
사망의 잠을 자기 전에, 대적이 기뻐하기 전에
It seemed there would be no end to God’s absence, and prayer seemed as if it would not be answered - so his spirit spent a dark night in the way. But still, the psalmist trusted in God and asked that God would intervene for him.
하나님의 부재가 끝이 없어 보이고, 기도는 응답이 없는 것 같은 영혼의 깊은 밤을 지나면서, 시인은 오직 하나님을 신뢰하며 하나님이 속히 개입하시길 요청하고 있습니다.

Thinking & Understanding
David was exhausted because of the long oppression of the enemies that wanted to harm him; so David thought that maybe God had left him. But in the midst of all of that, he prays to God that he will not fall and that his faith will be recovered (vv. 1-4).
Through his prayer, David remembers the grace that God poured out on him and once again trusts in God’s unchanging love. Then with a joyful heart, he praises the Lord (vv. 5-6).
자신을 해하려는 원수들의 오랜 박해에 지친 다윗은 하나님께서 자신을 잊고 계신 것은 아닌지 의심이 들었습니다. 하지만 그럼에도 그는 하나님께 자신이 쓰러지지 않도록 믿음을 회복해 주시길 기도했습니다(1-4절).
다윗은 기도를 통해 하나님이 베푸신 은혜를 기억하고 하나님의 변함없는 사랑을 다시 신뢰하게 되었습니다. 그리고 기쁜 마음으로 주님을 찬양했습니다(5-6절).

What Lesson is God Teaching Me?
In the midst of his hardship and danger, David was honest and earnestly prayed. His prayer started with doubts and groaning, but it changed to confirmation and requests, and ended with joyful praise. God does not just change the situation because of prayer, but God also changes the heart of the person that prays. Through prayer, ask of God and seek God’s help. Pray honestly.
자신이 처한 위험과 고통 속에서 다윗은 솔직하면서도 간절히 기도했습니다. 그의 기도는 의심과 탄식으로 시작했지만, 점차 간구와 확신으로 바뀌었으며, 기쁨의 찬양으로 끝났습니다. 하나님은 기도를 통해 환경을 바꾸실 뿐 아니라 기도하는 사람의 마음도 바꾸십니다. 기도를 통해 하나님께 묻고 하나님의 도움을 구하십시오. 솔직하게 기도하십시오.

Whenever and wherever I am, help me to go to God in prayer.
